“Alison the owner of Covenant Florals is truly incredible. Preserving florals from my dad's memorial service was very stressful because I didn't want anything to happen to them during shipping. Alison helped walk me through the best way to ship them after the service and talked me through it on the phone. She even took the time to ship one piece of my order earlier because we needed it to take on a trip to my Nana. Alison was so kind and patient with me and all my questions throughout the entire process. She also would send me pictures throughout the process which was really reassuring and gave me something to look forward to during a really hard time.
